The open-concept layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and airy atmosphere for relaxation and socializing.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage, allowing you to effortlessly prepare delicious meals during your stay. The hot tub is both indoor and outdoor as you can see in the images and the pool is a big hit with the Kids. Whether you`re seeking relaxation or adventure, these amenities add an extra touch of luxury to your stay, not to mention an onsite excellent restaurant as well!
Located in the heart of Canmore, you`ll find yourself just moments away from the town`s vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment scene. The back of the unit where the balcony is located is facing the highway. You still have excellent views as you can see in the images!
● Check in is after 3:00 pm
● Check out is at 10:00 am
● No shoes in the house
● Please do not drag luggage to avoid ruining the hardwood floor
● No food on couch or in the bedrooms to not stain the sheets and linens
● No Smoking anywhere inside the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation fee.
● No drugs, cannabis or illegal substances anywhere on the property. It will results in a $250 fine.
● Max number of people in the unit should be what is stated upon booking
● Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. There is a $50 per guest per day fee for each undisclosed guest.
●There will be a 99$ convenience fee if we have to return forgotten items.
●We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
●We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
●We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
Building Rules (Any violation of below will result in $500 to $1000 fine from the buidling) :
-Only registered guests are permitted in the unit. Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
-No parties, events, excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disruptive behaviour is permitted.
-Guests may park only in designated parking areas assigned for this unit.
-Do not use unauthorized visitor parking, loading areas, fire lanes, or neighbouring stalls.
-Smoking & Cannabis
-No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is permitted inside the unit, on balconies/patios, or in common areas unless specifically designated.
-Balcony & Patio Use
-Balconies/patios may not be used for storage, parties, hanging laundry, or excessive noise.
-Please respect neighbouring units.
-Garbage & Recycling
-All garbage and recycling must be disposed of properly in designated areas.
-Do not leave garbage in hallways or common areas.
-Pets are not permitted unless specifically approved in advance and compliant with building rules.
-This is a shared residential building. Guests must avoid any conduct that disturbs other residents’ peace, comfort, or convenience.
-Damage & Violations
-Guests are financially responsible for damages, fines, towing charges, bylaw violations, excessive cleaning, or other costs caused during their stay.
-Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund
