The property is huge and there were enough pool areas to hang out. Beach was not the greatest, but the pools covered it. The check in process was a mess. As Hideaway guests, we were ushered to a different check in area. There were welcome drinks and treats available which were nice. However, we were never given a pager at the beginning and after waiting for about 30 mins and realizing we needed such pager, we were placed at the end of the line again. No staff took the responsibility to address our concerns and good luck when requesting for a supervisor. Requested three times to speak to one to three different staff to no avail. A Guest Service person was also rude and taking our expression of frustration personally. Anyone in a service industry knows you shouldn’t and offer to de escalate the situation. But that did not happen. I have to remind that person that we are guests and we are very frustrated with their messed up check in process. A check in that took an hour and a half. No supervisor contacted us, despite our multiple requests, for the duration of our stay.

Excellent service and fun atmosphere. Mosquito control was lacking. I had five rooms and all had poor quality refrigerators. Restaurants are impossible to reserve unless you sit in on a 2 hour time share presentation.

Props to Irving and Gina our butlers. Anything we couldn't book ourselves they assisted. & everyday they provided us with a list of activities happening that day. Gina even helped with some blankets because I got cold lol. Our pool guys Jesus and Saul at the diamond club where very attentive. With in 5 minutes we had our drinks and every 10min we will get asked if anything else was needed. They where amazing for sure. Our room cleaning was I believe Mariana and our room was always done by the time we got back from being in the sun all day. Definitely a great team of people. Would recomend ! Food: Recomend- Dorado, Taj, & hibachi Do not recomend: Caribbean & steakhouse Pools: kids- pretty big and fun looking, main pool- huge and most activities done there. Diamond- small but amazing, hideaway-loud and overcrowded. Beach- beautiful yet people need to throw their cigarettes somewhere else.

Everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure all your needs are fulfilled. The rooms were super modern and clean, the restaurants had amazing food, great drinks, awesome pools, and me and my girlfriend had the best time! The spa is kind of expensive, but was definitely the highlight of our trip.

Food was not great. Only good thing about spa was hydrotherapy. Alot of staff seem to have attitudes or were rude. Too much confusion about room upgrades. They lied about being sold-out. Butlers were hit or miss. Either you had a good one that communicated or you didnt. No tour, no map, no explanation of services, amenities, nothing. Music was outdated. Bath tub was dirty day 1. Room service took forever. Complimentary bottle was given on last day so had to give away. Not impressed with this resort at all. Elevators were always out of service in main lobby & sports bar staff were lazy & rude. Service took forever or not at all. No one explained diamond club or where office amenties located.

My second time staying at this resort and it once again, did not disappoint! The place is so big, so nice and so clean. All staff was friendly & the restaurants we tried had very good food. I was lucky enough to encounter with one of the supervisors of the bars/restaurants, his name is Joseph. He was amazing to say the least & checked on me and my friends on a regular basis to make sure we were doing good.

Our vacation was great. Wish I knew about renting scooters as I had 2 elderly women with me and that would have great. I asked for a refund on two excursion tickets as two of our party fell ill and could not go. They declined so disappointed in that. Making reservations at restaurants was a bit difficult but staff told me could only book 2 days prior. Could never get into Mexican restaurants.
