Cons: Resort is OLD and is under renovation, noise and dirty on the beach and pool areas. Beach was impossible to bath. Brown water. Rotten seaweed all over the beach. Smell really bad on all property. The Tractor guy is a Scam. He supposed to clean the beach but stay all day doing Nothing. He needs to be Fired. Water on the Room smell bad. Cockroach on the room. Tex Mex restaurant does not care about costumer. Estefania was a person supposed to take care of you, but she never helped us with one small problem, and she was kind of Rude. PROS: Good food, good Drinks and good restaurants. No Air Cond. Just Fans. Kind of HOT. Ulises was our Butler, and he was Very Polite professional and is a person to count on. Helped us with reservations and everything else. Best place is the Beach Bar. Yuriliana and Alberto hard worker at Beach bar. Nice Guys taking care of you. Finally, I think If the hotel will be under construction or renovation, they are not supposed to be open. Nobody goes to a vacation to be in a place with workers making a lot of noise and Dirty. Totally disrespectful with the costumers. I do Not recommend this hotel.

If we could give 0 stars we would. 1. We didnt get the 3 presedential suites we ordered it was a bait and switch. 2. Rooms covered in black mold, the drapes, laps, curtains, etc. 3. Rooms had dirty floors 4. Fan stopped working above bed, not good in hot weather. 5. They had portable dehumidfieres you had to empter every two hours yourself, or they would stop and they blow hot hair. 6. The sargasim was terrible you could not enjoy the beach or outside as it smelled so bad you wanted to throw up the entire time. 7. You have a butler but they tak 3hours to answer. 8. Room service was rude and food was terrible. 9. You cant book dinner spots untill they give you your room. But by the time you do that the best spots are all taken so you are left with a the buffet which again is crap and bad service. 10. Leading up to your stay the pre check in process is broken and doesnt work. 11. You cant call the property and get someone to answer the phone, 17 calls over 2 weeks and 8 hours of hold music to never answer the phone. 12. The entire place has no AC not when they check you into the Diamond Lounge which is for those in presential suites, it was 90 degrees in there. Nor in any restruant. 13. The entire resort is date and falling apart. Nothing is dont to upkeep it. The escalters where broken, to the walls where coming apart, to mold. This was by far the worst place we have ever stayed and again we were in presential suites. Or should I say ones they called that but didnt give us.

We had our wedding there with 9 of our family and friends. The property was away from the city and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. Our room was cleaned every day. The restaurant options were okay, the mexican restaurant, Agave, was the best meal we had all week. Our onsite wedding coordinator, Gabriel, was absolutely amazing! He made us feel special from day one on the property! However, it was really hard to get service at the bars and one of the restaurants was the worst service we had on the trip. We had to pay an extra $400+ and were promised a personal server for our group, which we did not get at all. The escalators didnt work for most of our stay. And the spa was really overpriced for the services that they CONTANTLY try to sell you. Its every few minutes they go by trying to sell you something. Which made it less relaxing.

One of the worst resorts I’ve stayed at in Cancun. Terrible service and rude staff. Food and drinks were always late. Sometimes room service didn’t even show up. They constantly ran out of main ingredients. Staff was rude to guests when they were the ones who were slow or being neglectful. Truly didn’t feel welcome or like a valued guest.

This hotel was good. The food was okay, making reservations for the on site venues was a bit rough, as you have to download an app and do it online. When we went to make reservations, we found that most places were completely booked. We were able to book the fish restaurant once, and there wasn’t much fish on the menu. The buffet was the best eating option in my opinion. I loved my room with ocean view and terrace jacuzzi. It was amazing. I hopped in the hot tub while it was raining. I think I would book again just because of the terrace jacuzzi. The staff was okay as far as customer service. On our last day the swim up bar was supposed to be open at 10, and they kept delaying and did not open until 10:40. That frustrated me. I also had an instance where the gift shop closed early due to a power outage. One suggestion I would make is that this hotel get a charging station for guests. My friend and I both had instances where our chargers stopped working and we were both panicking to figure out a solution while on vacation. Overall I thought this was a great hotel. I loved the coffee shop. The pools were amazing. The entertainment was so wonderful. There was no need to leave with the club on site, my friend had a great time enjoying the resort.

There’s a lot I could say, but I’ll do some bullet points. Pros: -The property itself is well taken care of and beautiful. -The amount of pools and restaurants was fantastic. -The staff was pretty good too. Cons: -The property was so far from anything to go anywhere was cost way too much! We like to venture out, but if you want to just stick around the resort your good but… -The beach wasn’t much to right home about. Frankly it just wasn’t pretty at all, and the Hideaway bar area was under construction. (We stayed at the Hideaway adult only section) -It was too difficult to book dinner at the restaurants. You must be checked in with your room number on the app to make a reservation 2-3 days in advance, so they were booked already. Lucky we stayed for a week so our last three nights we were able to enjoy a few. Other than that, pretty much, the buffet is the only option, which was basically cafeteria food. -We had a swim up room. With our “mini-bar” consisting of only 2 beers, 2 sodas, and 4 bottled waters, we had to leave to go to the bar to get drinks. But it was fine, the water there was so cold we didn’t enjoy it much, and the massive cockroach on our patio didn’t really make us want to dive in. (He even made a video…did you know they could swim?) Needless to say, while the property is pretty, we definitely won’t be back.

Overall, the stay was disappointing. Service was subpar for a “5-star” resort. Food options at the pool areas was virtually non-existent and reservations were extremely difficult to secure on the app. In room mini fridge was only restocked 2/4 days we stayed. Room service was severely delayed from their stated times, probably due to the amount of people that couldn’t find reservations for the restaurants. We were told by many workers that they were short staffed due to ongoing renovations at the resort. For example, the swim up bar had 1 bartender on a Saturday servicing well over 100 guest. It was very disappointing to know the renovations were not disclosed when booking, as we would have chosen a different resort. For positives, the resort has a number of pools, and the fitness facilities were of high quality. Unfortunately, these positives didn’t outweigh the plethora of negatives in service and quality.

The resort is not really kid free. There are 3 resorts in 1. You still have to see kids in passing. The main pool can be shared with kids. I wanted adult only fun, but heard whining kids. Otherwise that it is a nice resort
