Great location, attentive staff, amazing pools and beach, BUT everytime you walk anywhere on site, someone tries to sell you something. Its gets old real quick. I know they are just doing their job, but no I dont want a time-share (or whatever they call them now), no I dont want to pay for my photo, no I dont want to get an excursion, no I dont need to pay for a seat by the pool. I understand if this was happening on a public beach, or sidewalk. But this was at the bottom of the escalators and on the way area by the main stage. Its uncomfortable and frustrating to have to bob and weave around people you have said to every day. Makes it real difficult to relax on the vacation you did buy. Otherwise, the pools and swim up bars are great, there are enough places to eat for 3-4 nights before you start to feel like its the same things over and over.

Good stay Better hotels to go to for the price Food is average Buffet is very busy, staff is a little overloaded Lots of beds to tan on A le carts could be improved Overall good place to stay but like I said there is better for the price they charge per night Biggest issue was when I tried to get my friend to pick me up they wouldn’t let him in the gate for security purposes and they MADE me take a taxi to the gate of the hotel for 500 pesos and I time everything out so I’m not sitting at the airport and we missed our checked luggage by 10 minutes so we had to buy a carry on and leave our expensive luggage at the airport, I realize this could be avoided if I left earlier but never have had this issue before and they Royally screwed me on that one. Again could be avoided if I left earlier but I plan things so I’m not sitting around for two hours at the airport I wish this could have been avoided by letting my friend in to take me there as I take responsibility for my own transportation when away. Overall average hotel probably won’t stay there again

This was the worst All-Inclusive experience we have ever had. This resort advertises itself as “newly renovated,” but that claim appears to apply only to the lobby. The rooms themselves are clean but clearly outdated and do not reflect a recent renovation. Our experience got off to a poor start upon arrival, after waking at 3:00 a.m. for two flights, the first interaction we had was an aggressive attempt to sell us a vacation buy-in. This was frustrating, poorly timed, and set an unwelcome tone for the stay. Dining throughout the resort was consistently disappointing. All restaurants require reservations, leaving us with the buffet on our first night. Unfortunately, the buffet was among the worst we have encountered. The food was bland, mushy, and overcooked, with no dietary labels of any kind. Finding salt and pepper required asking at each restaurant. Breakfast the following morning was even worse—overcooked, browned eggs that were tough and inedible, and hash brown triangles that had clearly been cooked more than once and were excessively greasy. Our first reservation restaurant was Taj, which was especially disappointing as we enjoy Indian food. Both of us have seafood allergies, which we clearly communicated to the staff at the entrance and again at the table. Despite this, I was served a dish made with seafood stock. This is not a minor oversight but a serious food safety issue. We splurged for a swim-up room in the adults-only se

The entire facility was clean and enjoyable. Booking through Expedia allowed us to utilize the Expedia Helpdesk which was very helpful to my husband and I. Yael provided us her whatsapp contact info and told us to reach out with any questions or concerns. She replied promptly and was always kind with a smile. She resolved issues like tv malfunction and a leak under the sink in our room. Yael made our stay memorable, and we will definitely be returning to this property.

Pools and beach bars were nice. There was shade in the main pool which was very nice for us. Drinks were made well. Spa was incredible. Staff were friendly and caring. Food was ok at best. À la carte service was slow and food was less than average for very long waits. Hallways were noisy in the mornings with cleaning carts running back and fourth. Overall we will not return but it was not terrible.

Room was spotless, entire resort was spotless! Staff spoke every single time we passed by, very friendly and courteous. The Zen Teppanyaki grill was amazing! Our grill master Richi cooked our food to perfection and was very entertaining. Our other wait staff at the grill (and the entire resort) were awesome as well, too many names to remember but I will try: Edwardo, Enricho, Armando (buffet), bartenders Hugo, Jujulianna (at the beach bar….who I promised my pair of fun sunglasses to if I can ever find out how to send them (the bar closed early and I never found her again….so sorry Julie!) We also loved the beautiful rooms and especially the double shower heads, amazing! Overall a great stay and would stay again. Only drawback was the reservation system…..nearly impossible to get more than one during our stay..I happened to have a fantastic contact in my Expedia rep Yale Coba, he was instrumental in securing reservations for my group and helped with booking our excursion as well, thank you again Yale!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations, and we feel compelled to provide feedback. The quality of food at the specialty restaurants was far below what we anticipated. The dishes served were disappointing, and the drinks were watered down, which detracted from the dining experience and all inclusive package. Additionally, the staff seemed pushy and lacked effective communication among themselves, leading to repeated disturbances regarding the events we had booked. Our spa treatment was particularly unsatisfactory; instead of a relaxing session, we were asked to listen to a 90-minute lecture, which was not what we expected explained after I asked when I first book. Moreover, I was unable to arrive on the first night due to a flight delay caused by Mother Nature. Despite this, we were informed that no partial refund could be issued, and I plan to address this matter directly with Expedia. As well we observed that the fast food trucks and buffet offered better food options than the specialty restaurants. Higher club status guests expressed similar concerns, indicating that these issues are widespread. On a positive note, we appreciated the room upgrades feature provided during the storm, which was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff were great. The beach was beautiful—although visitors should be mindful of seaweed. Check-in staff were awesome Overall on the value for money paid, we would rate our experience 3/5 stars.

Room is nice and clean all the time. Staff are nice and friendly. So many things to do inside the resort, from morning yoga to parties at night. Food is good too.
