Find Canberra City Centre casino hotels

After checking in and in our room, next minute the door opens and some one else also was checked into our room, so not very happy about that, no indication that the lift wasn’t working at booking, but was told later buy message, rooms are outdated and very noisy, breakfast was good, Hotel needs a upgrade .

Lovely stylish room, friendly staff. No restaurant or bar inside the hotel, they are around the corner. We had trouble finding the hotel due to major roadwork and this should be mentioned in the welcome message. We phoned the hotel twice for direction while driving around in circles and each time got a vague response. This was not how we wanted to begin our stay. A moment of good customer service to alert guests before they arrive would have been valuable.

Our stay was nice and convenient, especially being within walking distance of the Civic Centre. While the hotel felt a bit old and dated (which is to be expected for the price), the bed was comfortable and the pool area was a real highlight. The cleanliness could have been better, but overall it’s a solid, budget-friendly option for the location.
