Everything was great; highly recommended for tourists or business oriented travelers. The reception was tremendous and the room/junior suite is meticulously kept. We really enjoyed our five nights stay at this hotel. Great location within walking distance to all sites.

No questions asked I will stay here again. Fantastic walkable location, nice and quiet, delicous breakfast, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time. Highly recommend!

Good hotel

This hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the historic centre. We arrived late and I was concerned about parking but even though they only had 4 spaces - we managed to get one. The reception staff gave us lots of info and a map of where up go etc. No Hotel bar and no garden or nice view from room but good breakfast and lovely staff.

The property is under a 10 minute walk from the Lolli train station. There are a few restaurants and a 24/7 grocery store close by which is nice. About a 20 minute walk to the monuments you’d like to see. Breakfast was good, staff was great. Very nice rooms.

The hotel was nice sermed updated rooms nice calm color and bathroom. But there was a stench in our room coming from the bathroom. Instead of shifting us the staff asked to open my door and windows to air it out. Mind you my room was right next to the elevator. So I was on parade for a bit. Smell was still there but we weren't moved. Then after we checked in to our two rooms my husband and I and our two teenagers. My husband was stopped later on and grilled about our children's ages trying to charge us extra because they claim that children are considered 4 and under wven though they have a contract with Expedia where kids are 17 and under. So even after I showed them Expedias policy we were still being treated rudely and like criminals. So I reached out to Expedia because they wanted us to pay more

A good location for exploring the large city of Palermo with its uniquely different quarters. The hotel is in a quiet district and 10-15 min walk to the central area around the cathedral and there are good dining options within 10 minutes walk. The staff were courteous and helpful and even allowed us to check into our rooms 2 hours early. Rooms were simple but clean, spacious and had very comfortable beds and pillows. There is a comfortable lounge to relax in if you are tired after a days exploration but the fitness room is small and only accommodates 2 people maximum. All in all a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you to the wonderful and hardworking staff.
