We loved our stay and we had a great night sleep!

Very nice gym, which was new and the pool area with sauna on the top floor was very nice as well. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly. We slept great because the bed is super comfortable as well.

Check in staff were uninformed. Didn’t discuss parking with us, didn’t discuss complimentary breakfast, didn’t ask if we wanted valet parking. Didn’t provide us with a code for the parkade, in fact we had to go back to the front desk to ask for a code in order to gain access to the parkade. She didn’t register our vehicle, so when we left, there was a $95.00 violation ticket on our windshield. The room was very small, there was rust in the shower and I could hardly move the bathroom door to close it because it was so heavy. The toilet stood at least 8” away from the wall which made an already ridiculously small room even smaller. This hotel has declined since our last stay and I would not go back.

Nice stay for three days in Calgary downtown, unwinding from a long driving trip. Room clean, bed comfortable , bathroom and shower very tiny. Staff was great, everything needed was nearby, so all in all a very good stay.

Both checkin and checkout process was smooth and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable! The newly renovated swimming pool and the area was amazing. Could easily spend hours there, it I had time.

Great, comfortable stay in Downtown Calgary.

We went to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede. We had a very welcoming experience at the Westin Downtown. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The room was clean with upgraded decor. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient downtown area, within walking distance to very good restaurants and the public transit. The red and blue lines are free to ride within the downtown area if you don’t want to walk. The steakhouse inside the Westin had good food, and the breakfast Buffett was good.
