Staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. Two staff were particularly helpful with problems I had. The front desk person, EJ, who helped me sort out a credit card number issue with my bank, and the head of housekeeping, A, who resolved two issues with room features. Both took extra time to help in a positive and polite manner.

The property was in the perfect location for our visit. The hotel staff was visibly working hard daily to clean and maintain the property. We were able to rent a vehicle right from the lobby which was amazing!!

Outstanding service at check in

The Ukraine man who checked me in was outstanding! Very friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely chat about my last name. It was the highlight of my day. He was very personable and made sure to explain everything perfectly. He was one of the nicest desk staff I have ever met. He's truly a gem and I hope the manager knows how I appreciate his kindness when checking in.
