We stayed for two non-consecutive nights. The first night was pleasant, as we were on the top floor. However, on the other night, we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Directly above us, there was very loud talking, chairs being moved, and various other noises that made the night uncomfortable. I called the reception to complain, and the staff member said they would contact security, mentioning that I was the fourth guest to complain about the noise upstairs. This made me wonder what actions were taken after the first three complaints. After my call, it became quiet for a few minutes, but the noise started again shortly after. We were already too tired to keep calling and complaining repeatedly. It seems the soundproofing could be improved, as we could also hear toilets flushing upstairs. Unfortunately, our stay was not restful, and we were not able to sleep well. Breakfast was okay.

All the vending machine was broken .we couldnt get drunks from it. We had to get water from the gym area. Conditoner dispenser was also not working. It sems like they are not paying attention to the pther stuff in the hotel. The stuff was not friendly. Thw brakfast was not freah as the buffet was also closed and they had to give us food by packages which is not freah and not buffet. They said because of the weather thats why the buffet breakfast restaurant is cloaed.so disappointing

Hello on Christmas eve night staff very rude first set of main doors frozen halfway open and front desk staff needed to open second set of doors our hands were full and he was extremely rude about it. Christmas morning we didn't get our free breakfast because we were 15 minutes late Christmas morning!!!!. Serving staff in restaurant were rude to multiple guests arriving for their free breakfast between 9:30-9:45 AM on Dec 26th, 2025 including us. Rudest staff work at this place. The free breakfast were adequate at best. The bathroom had some issues for the shower they sent maintenance claimed he fixed it but within 24 hours it was the same. Then at check out they tried to charge us more for the room and when we said something they looked at their computer and said Oh Yeah you are with Expedia and the bill came down $200. Will never stay there again.

Very good overall. Buffet breakfast was cancelled dur to it being Christmas Eve (totally fair btw), but the to-go bags were pretty bad. We were given frozen breakfast sandwiches. Dunno about you, but I could've gone without knowing the texture of frozen egg.
