The check in would have been excellent but the girl didnt explain about the key card for the elevators, that the vending machines, microwave etc was accessible to us and it was our 1st stay there so would have been nice to know. The housekeeping lady helped us with the elevator to get to our floor.

The room had several black bugs walking on ceiling in the bathroom and on window sills..Requested another room the next morning, and was finally accommodated after showing pictures of the bugs..

The hotel itself is amazing!! Staff was amazing!!! Huge renovated rooms that are beautiful. The only complaint is the casino. They should def section off the smoking from non smoking. Not by just a rope and some fans. At night time the whole place reeks like smoke. Also not many new games.
