The property is expensive for what it offers: the pools are undercover so the water is too cold- no one was in the water. The rooms are clean and tidy- however if you are facing the town you don’t stay in the room. The pictures indicate the rooms have a bath - they don’t. There is no ramp when you enter/ so you have to carry your luggage up the steps- that’s hard.

Pros: stylish rooms. Super convenient location. Good facilities. Friendly staff Cons: checkin a bit chaotic and key information not given. Hotel tricky to navigate (especially if not explained at check-in) and has to wander around to find key facilities. Pool cold and limited access to sun. Pool deck area open to public access and glass bottom/sides of pool means you are ‘on display’ to those in the bar/restaurants below. Information in room on iPad or tv too focussed on ‘copy-writing and branded narrative’ and missed key information (where are pools, what time are they open etc).
