The room was clean and modern. It was quiet even though we were only on the 6th floor. Great location for walkabout access to most things. Would definitely return.

This hotel has a great location !! But the hotel doesn’t look like the photos Is very old, the service is very bad Cheap furniture Housekeeping is horrible The lobby has like 8 stairs, horrible for luggage.

When are the better properties in Cairns CBD

We were only staying one night. The room was quite nice but it had a musty smell about it. I think it was the air conditioning. The amenities were basic although it’s supposedly a high-end hotel … for example no bottled water without pain 20 bucks. Checking in check out as quick and efficient as we had prepaid for everything. Our view from our ocean view,room was probably the nicest part, although the view is obstructed partially by the building next door, which was part of the complex. Would be nice if the rooms had a bath, but they don’t, however, the shower was nice and hot.
