Clean and compact, but if you're looking for a peaceful stay, then this accomodation isn't for you. It's on a busy road and the windows are single glazed so you can hear everything. Traffic and general town centre noise until midnight, then the lorries speeding down the road in early hours, street cleaning at 6am which is about when the traffic picks up again. The bed was also only a small double (not king-size) so we barely slept the 2 nights we were there. On the plus side, it's conveniently located in centre of town, the shower was good, toothbrush charger was a bonus, plugs and light switches by the bed, and enough tea and coffee to keep us going. There were also clear instructions from the owner so we were able to access the room without any issues.

Clean and comfortable room with a view of the park. Had to put the kettle on the floor to plug it in as it was the only available socket. Good choice for breakfast. Had to go and ask for tea and coffee at breakfast as the 2 staff on duty were busy tidying up and refilling the breakfast buffet. Sign at restaurant entrance said please wait to be seated - there was no-one around to do this so just went in.

In the main the stay was good but we were very disappointed with the room we were offered. This room faced directly onto the pool which was being used from 7.00 am each morning hence we were woken earlier than planned. The noise of the pumps were also an unwelcome distraction while trying to sleep - disappointing when we thought the rest of the hotel was good.
