Nice spot for an overnight in Redway.

My room was clean and staff was easy to talk to.

The rooms definitely look old and dated, but they were clean. The nighttime front desk staff was very nice and welcoming; our only complaint about our stay was the breakfast service, which was pretty lacking. We were told breakfast is from 7-10am, yet when we arrived at 9am, there was no more hot water or coffee, and the pancake maker was out of batter. When we asked the staff for refills, he was hesitant to do so. They also have the exact same food options every day so it gets tiring if you're staying more than 2 nights at a time, which we were. Overall, I would say the daily charge is not worth the quality you get, but it makes sense that they upcharge for the surrounding redwoods tourism.

The staff were all very friendly and offered suggestions on restaurants and sights. We were greeted every time we came through the lobby. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Check in was decent, the restaurant was amazing and service great, The bartender at the bar was loose and crude but that's okay, lots of profanity, Room was nice size but really tired, needs a remodel,

The manager was awesome! He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Gave great recommendations for restaurants, plus clear directions to the post office and grocery store. Plus he gave me a free upgrade. I will definitely stay here again!
