Hotel/country pub was charming- we ate dinner there but it was quite average. We had luggage but there was no elevator so we got some help to bring our things upstairs. Only stayed overnight but it was nice

A good clean room with excellent beds and bedding. Spacious wet room. Furniture looked dated and a bit tired. Breakfast was ok, but overcooked, particularly the bacon which was rather leather-like. Couldn't get a second coffee because no staff were around. Other staff were excellent.

Friendly staff, very nice room with coffee machine and complementary drinks in the fridge. We had nice dinner and breakfast in the pub, was convenient for us to stay one night in the area. The only downside was the sofa bed was not so comfortable and really squeaky! But the kids slept ok and we appreciated being able to stay with our 2 kids in the room.

This hotel was a bit disappointing. The communal areas are nice, the rooms were quite plain. We were in a dog friendly family room that did not feel very clean or fresh. Bed was comfortable though. Most of the staff here are nice and friendly but all are very inefficient. Multiple staff seem to be mulling around, service is extremely slow.

Great stay!

Excellent staff and welcome, room is lovely and clean, everything you want from a nice hotel/inn. We stayed in a family room, which was nice and spacious, my girls said the sofa bed was comfy to sleep on, and we found the bed good too. Pub food was nice, we had dinner one night and breakfast was part of our stay, food itself was great, but menu could offer more variety.
