The closest hotel to Bukuya, Stoney Creek Resort - Hostel is a brilliant place to hang out with fellow adventurers.

Nadi is another place where you can lay back and order up some room service like a boss. Sitting 35 kilometres west of Bukuya, it's where you'll find the Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple and Navala Village. If you'd like to spend a few nights in Nadi, consider the rates at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa and The Terraces Apartments Resort. 40 kilometres to the west of Bukuya you'll also find Viseisei, which is home to The Fiji Orchid and First Landing Beach Resort and Villas. Sabeto Hot Springs and Mud Pool and Namaka Market are up there with the most popular points of interest to check out when you're in Viseisei.

Get a ride 80 kilometres southeast and you'll come across Suva, a regional centre with a population of 77,000. While you're checking out this neck of the woods, you'll be able to get your tourist on at the Fiji Golf Club, Parliament of Fiji and the University of the South Pacific. If you're in the area for a bit longer, continue on and check out the vibe at the Mariamma Temple and Champagnat Park. If you've gotta stay close to the airport, you can easily book a room at the Fiji Gateway Hotel or the Novotel Nadi. And if you can't be bothered looking it up, Nadi International Airport is located 35 kilometres away from central Bukuya.
