The best hotell, the staff and food, breakfast so nice

Housekeeping guy at level 20 is very proactive. Reception lady is also helpful in sharing details of bukit bintang.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, and close to everything you need. The buffet breakfast had limited options but was fine to start the day.

The bed was amazing and staff are very hospitable. The only problems I had were maybe that the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly with every visit, just made the bed and changed the towel and that’s it. The staff were very kind, especially Hanisa was always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, I’d give it 7.5/10. We had a problem with the iPad not changing the colors but that’s not a big deal. The iPad was helpful and very techy. I loved it! Thanks for the hospitality.
