We had booked this room with a kitchette and based on the photos we believed we would have a coffee maker plus utensils. This room had a fridge and a microwave plus a sink but no coffee maker or any utensils at all. The description of the room should state that it does not have any utensils as other guests would be looking for these. The room was ok but could use a bit of TLC. The balcony was not usable and the view looked directly on the next door building. It seemed as if it had seen better days

The location is perfect and the room was big and clean and the breakfast delicious. The best part was the staff. We had an emergency come up and the staff was excellent. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick thinking. We could not have managed without their help. We can't say enough about how impressed we were with the employees. We will stay here again the next time we are in Buenos Aires.

This is a great place to stay in Buenos Aires, at an unbeatable location. You are walking distance to Recoleta, to the Obelisk, to San Martin square, and so many other attractions. The rooms are VERY comfortable, functional and very clean. Breakfast is generous. And the staff is superb. Sarah and her colleagues are so helpful! Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in good location. Room very large and clean and quiet. Only issue has nothing to do with hotel -- big garbage can in front and the local slobs just throw garbage in front of it in the street. The whole city seems to have this problem.

Nice apartments in a quiet upmarket area. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are big and comfortable with a mini kitchen, although maybe a few more utensils would be good. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly welcoming staff. Very helpful,we were able to leave our bags no problem. Hotel is conveniently located, supermarket next door, cleaners opposite. Rooms were clean and comfortable with basic kitchen facilities, if you need to cook. Breakfast was good.

Staff was helpful, room was large, clean, and comfortable and in a good location. We would stay here again. We had cooking facilities in our room: stovetop refrigerator and sink, with cups and plates, but nothing to cook with, I.e. no silverware, cooking utensils or pans. Otherwise I would have given 5stars
