Charming! So happy with our stay here. The property is charming and elegant and even has a library! Every staff member was so friendly and accommodating. The room was large, and I was pleased with the size of the bathroom. Located in Palermo, the neighborhood was very quiet and very clean, and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. And don’t skip out on the breakfast! Everything is made to order, not a buffet. Everything we ate was delicious. You will not regret staying here.

Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed a delicious, complimentary glass of wine on the roof top terrace. We only stayed for one night as we were passing through but I will definitely stay here again.

Magnolia is a small hotel that’s outstanding! We loved our stay there! The level of customer service is exceptional! Mica was so helpful, we can’t say enough about how great she was! Absolutely everyone was extremely helpful and wonderful!

This is lovely hotel in a quiet part of Palermo. The staff is excellent, the facilities are clean and comfortable and the breakfast options are varied. I would not call this hotel centrally located as it is a few blocks away from restaurants and bars but that is also a plus because it is located in a quiet zone of Palermo. I highly recommend the coffee shop across the street.

Amazing stay in BA!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, making my stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered plenty of space to relax, the breakfast was delicious and well-prepared (a’la carte) and the service exceeded expectations. We really enjoyed the personal service and quiet location. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The air conditioner was set at 16 degrees Celsius which should suggest that it would get cold in the room after a while but it simply was not enough AC for the size of the room and this would our only concern.

Had a fantastic stay at the Magnolia. The staff were all great - very friendly, helpful and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good (had a choice between 6 or 7 options), and they provided a boxed breakfast on a day I had to leave early. As others have mentioned, the bathroom could do with a refresh, but it was perfectly fine. A welcome drink of wine and a gifted bottle were an extra bonus! Would absolutely stay at the Magnolia again!

The staff was kind and helpful! However next time I would want to be Ricoleta. The a/c in our room blew exactly on our heads and that was really annoying because we needed a/c and could not just switch it of.

It is a beautiful hotel, though the bathroom could be better and could use a facelift. The bathroom tub water switch knobs were broken, and I noticed the yellowing of the tiles, which I never tolerate in my house. Overall, I loved the hotel and the people. I would stay there again. The staff were most helpful and welcoming.
