Nice hotel

Great location, and lovely breakfast. The rooms are spacious but ready for refurbishing. The bed was comfortable. Hard floors create some noise. Unfortunately when I arrived reception insisted that I needed to pay for my stay only even though I had already paid, had a receipt from Hotels.com and proof of purchase on my credit card statement. After much time it turned out they had mixed me up with someone else!

In the heart of Buenos Aires

Stay was very pleasant, hotel location was great! The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good, varied and plenty. My only complaint is that my room was near some machinery which made a lot of noise especially in the early morning hours. The constant humming of it was annoying.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room is in good condition and the bathroom is clean and new. The breakfast is great. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the issues at the check in. The process itself was smooth but my card key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk asking for a fix on the card key or the door lock. First a young guy, a bell boy, asked me to go back upstairs with him and he showed me how to use the card key as if I didn’t know how. Of course the card key still didn’t work. He then apologized and asked me going down stairs with him. He then brought a master key and opened the room door for me so I could put my luggage in. I said I still need a working card key and he seemed no idea! I went to the front desk again and waited for the receptionist! The bell boy was genuinely sorry and apologetic but he didn’t know what to do. The front desk staff seemed knowing what was going on but he took his time and didn’t offer much explanation or polite words! They finally fixed the card or the door lock, after half an hour of the check in!

Everything was just fine. I would recommend the Grand Brizo hotel to any BA-bound traveler. The staff, restaurant, room & location were astounding. Our stay was safe & sound.

The location was great. The roof bar was also very nice and the staff at the bar very friendly. The room was ok. The shower doesn’t drain properly so you find yourself standing in an ankle deep water every show which is disgusting. The lobby restaurant was bad. The service was bad and the food was not good at all. The rooms have no carpeting, which is usually fine and I actually prefer but, the room upstairs was literally moving furniture all nigh. I was not able to sleep 2 night in a row and the staff did nothing about it. Given the high price for this hotel, it is not worth the quality or service you get.

This is really a top notch hotel in a prime location of Buenos Aires. Everything very clean, impeccable service. The included breakfast is truly one of the best encountered in a typical breakfast included deal: other hotels could learn from the Grand Brizo. Staff is always smiling and do their upmost to make you a happy traveller, and we have been around the world a few times, we see thee fifference and appreciate it! Ps great job Ezequiel at the front desk Ps2 floors 11 and 12 have the more spacious suites
