On the negative side: Rooms are the size of a double bed. No space for luggage at all. Front desk helpful but not friendly. Breakfast expensive. Furniture in the lobby uncomfortable. Bed also uncomfortable (mattress). On the positive side: great location, quiet, walkable. They offer free coffee between 2-4PM.

Wonderful location, very close to metro and tram station. room was spotless. and breakfast was wonderful. Room was small but, we only had a backpack with us since were staying one night and had left our luggage elsewhere so it was not an issue for us but I can see it being a problem if you have luggage.

Just 3 minutes to Danube river, but quiet and clean, walkable to downtown streets and church, and to bus stops and subway stations. Highly recommended.

It was so central, 2-minute walk from an influx of shops and restaurants that cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner so very convenient but still a huge amount of choice.

Wonderful Hotel

Brilliant stay at Bohem Art Hotel. It’s in a brilliant location near several public transport stops which make getting around the city easy. We especially liked being less than an10 minute walk from Gellert Baths so we could pop back to shower etc and the Aldi in Central Market Hall was perfect for picking up snacks and essentials. The room was very comfortable and spacious with AC which was much appreciated. They even put some balloons in the room as it was my birthday whilst we stayed. If you’re a fan of Mexican food then trying ‘Hugo’s’ opposite is a must, although the cocktails are fab too!

Great value for money.

A great central location albiet in the heart of the tourist souvenir trap: however, the cooler streets and river walks are close by. For the price it was the best value ever paid in my many trips to Budapest. No thrills or real luxury about the hotel but functions well and spotless clean. Quiet night sleep for such a central location.
