Excellent customer service. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The upgrade with the four poster bed and side balcony with sea view was very much appreciated. Thank you. The breakfast was amazing. It exceeded our expectations. So much choice. It included lots of local specialities and Sicilian treats. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

The location was the best , so close to all restaurants and shops and the historic sights !

Great location and safe. Great staff. Very professional and fast. Rooms are nice. Beautiful architecture and decor. A very good place to stay in the middle of the city.

My stay was on Saturday, so it could be different on other days of the week, but the area close to the hotel is like Las Vegas Strip with hundreds of people walking and shouting, cars honking, and bikes revving till late night. And there is almost none sound insulation, so if you go to bed early, there's no chance to sleep. Moreover, if you are at 3rd floor you can hear screech of chairs scraping in the restaurant/cocktail bar at 4th. Another disadvantage is the lack of kettle in the room. Other than that, it's a very nice hotel with a great view on the sea, varied breakfast (though, strangely, there's no orange juice!), and an underground parking (it's next to impossible to park on the street).

Beautiful property, lovely room ,amazing view of etna. restaurants were only meh and disappointing. But excellent restaurants to be found in ortigia and catania
