On a 200m2 plot, which is completely fenced and secluded, you will find the house with 85m2 of living space. New!!The house now has a new terrace roofing with lighting for weather independent holidays.
The house is cozy and inviting möbiliert.

1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a utility room.
2 bedrooms are upstairs, 1 with direct access to the large balcony.
The house has a new comfortable wooden staircase with handrail and safety gate (no spiral staircase)
