Breathtakingly beautiful. The staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful, always on hand to help or answer any questions. The facilities at De Vere are great, they have a booking system so it never gets too crowdy, which is nice. The grounds are simply stunning and well worth a visit on your stay, we went during sunset and in the morning/afternoon and it took our breath away everytime. The inside is just as beautiful. The convenience of the restaurants is great too and the food is delicious. We cannot fault a thing about De Vere. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend for anyone thinking about staying!

Lovely grounds in a good location convenient to M5 but no traffic noise. Comfortable room and very clean. Bathroom modern but slightly small. Be ready to walk a long way from reception! Parking was an issue as large events were on and one evening we had difficulty finding a space and then had to walk from an unlit parking area. Pool and sauna very nice but hotel guests need to book slots and this was not mentioned at check in. Breakfast choices excellent. But buffet was crowded and chaotic with 100 people having to carry every plate or cup individually as no trays which was very inconvenient for families. Would visit again. Overall enjoyable but not a ‘luxurious’ experience.

I would book again

Very professional welcome and check in process with clear guidance on how to get to my room. Room decor was dated but it was very clean and bedding/towels were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Good amenities in the room. Sadly I didn’t get to use the pool/gym due to my arrival/departure times. The building itself is very impressive and the grounds were lovely- I can imagine that drinks on the terrace overlooking the garden in good weather would be quite a special experience. The restaurant areas looked very nice but I did not eat there. I would book to stay again in the future.

Overall good stay.

Grounds and hotel lovely. We chose it for pet friendly option , but really pets not welcomed to main dinning areas which is hugely restricts enjoyinment of the stay . Booking pool for certain time also a bit crazy. Not sure why it is big and wr are no longer in covid times.
