The home is set up for easy coastal living, with an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area downstairs, kept comfortable year-round with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and flows straight out to a private, fully fenced courtyard where you can enjoy outdoor meals, fire up the gas BBQ, or unwind after a day at the beach. All downstairs rooms open directly onto this courtyard, creating a lovely indoor-outdoor feel.
Upstairs features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite, along with another bedroom and a second toilet. Downstairs offers two additional bedrooms and a bathroom, making the layout ideal for families or groups. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms ensure a comfortable night’s sleep, and the home is fully screened throughout. A top-loading washing machine and dryer make longer stays easy, while the lounge offers a flat-screen TV and DVD player for relaxed evenings in.
There is off-street parking available for two vehicles or a boat.
Please note: the upstairs master bedroom, which opens onto a small deck, is locked and not available for guest use.
