Room was good and quiet inside but outside was very dirty. Back yard had ripped up dog toys everywhere and a big hole dug. Kept curtains closed so couldn’t see it. Front looked like not cleaned in a long time.

Great place to stay and eat

Quick and easy check-in, very handy having the bistro for evening meals. Great Schnitty’s and burgers. Rooms were well equipped and spacious with blackout curtains and a very comfy bed.

We really used our room as a base .we will come back .its a great location for what we needed .the bistro and bar were great the food was awesome staff were attentive .our room was clean spacious .there was a dampish smell but we were told to use aircon and it faded .thankyou for an enjoyable stay .

Cute place

Very nice hotel. It has a refrigerator and microwave with plates, cups and utensils. There was 2 packs of cereal and milk in the refrigerator. Coffee and tea in the room with some little cookies to go with it. Small eating table and chairs inside. Nice porch outside with table and chairs. Only 30 minutes from the Australian zoo and about 30 minutes to the airport (depending on traffic).

Overall stay was better than expected for half the trip, however there was a domestic situation late night/early morning in one of the rooms where a patron was screaming and contending with police. A two night refund would make up for the inconvenience.

When we check in we had to get the staff to clean the shower next day they didn't replace the Berkeley milk tea and coffee next day the same
