Had a lovely meal, during our stay, for our daughter's graduation. We also had cocktails which were excellent. The option of air conditioning would be a bonus, but we were provided with a fan and the fact that you can open a window meant that we had a comfortable room temperature. All the staff were lovely, Lesley was particularly helpful. We have stayed here previously and the refurbishments have made it an even better experience.

Amazing

Really enjoy our stay here. Breakfast amazing staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. Pool steam room etc was nice and quite. Was abit gutted spa treatment was fully booked. But overall had a relaxing 2 nights

Queen beds not very comfortable and the mattress twists when 2 people sleep ,they offer one towel per room you need to go to the reception to get a 2nd towel , no water bottles in the room, curtain is thin can't hold the sunlight , no air conditioning in the room and not informed before gets crazy hot in the day and the small fan is not enough for sure . Ok to stay for university purpose , at best a 4 star not a 3 star

Four start hotel but not 4 star rooms

Rooms are small and simple, not four star style at all. With not AC in rooms the hotel should not be ranked four star. The SPA is nice but no bathrobe is provided in room, which is again standard in 4 star hotels with SPA. Also most rooms are on floor, there is no elevator, so if you have heavy luggages be prepared to carry them on stairs. Bar, restaurant facilities are very nice.

A pleasant stay, adjustments would make it great.

Conveniently placed hotel for us. The room was lovely and so quiet. The curtains were a bit shorty either side and off the rails so didn’t fully block out the light. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Unsure as to what made it an executive room. The continental breakfast was a great option - a good variety of fresh food. Staff helpful on the checkout. I would recommend a massage treatment in the Burleigh Springs.

Quiet but very spacious hotel

This is a lovely hotel, slightly worn in our bathroom, looks like someone had let the water get on the floor as the door was all split at the bottom. Room was really spacious and clean, only down fall was no air con and it was a very hot day when fans did nothing

Very very hot

Lovely clean hotel staff friendly facilities lovely and the ducks were very well welcomed! However, being in a hotel with no aircon in a heatwave while on medication that does not mix with heat, unable to fully open window really did affect our experience with migraines, nose bleeds and lack of sleep. The room itself just kept the heat in and was very muggy although the weather is out of their control being able to open the window and curtain! Would have been welcomed.

Family stay with young child

Check in was seamless, modern lovely Hotel, bar and outside area very good! Room however boiling hot, thin walls. Poor pool times for children! Asked in the morning if it was possible (only two people in the pool) if we could go in with our two year old to be told absolutely not before 10am. Anyone that has children know they wake well before that so 10am is a pointless time! Would be better off 7-10 not 10-12! Was a big let down! 3-5pm but was full of adults so morning time when it was so much quieter in there made more sense! Room was absolutely boiling and only one small fan on the hottest day of the year. Walls thin and didn’t sleep well with people walking up and down banging corridor. Room lovely and clean and a nice size for price though! Very modern hotel
