A new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor flat located a close to historic Rottingdean village and beach and a short bus or cycle ride to Brighton. The flat is in a quiet location and perfectly set up for up to 4 people (and dogs!) and is ideal for visiting the local area, relatives and students. The South Downs are easily accessible and there are nice walks straight from the flat. Great access to University of Sussex and Brighton Uni (Falmer campus). Fast Wifi and cable TV from Virgin.
The main living area is a large open plan living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar for 4. There is also a small dining table for 4.
