Great location, nice staff and pleasant stay.

Great stay, good location and very helpful staff especially in the bar and restaurant area. Slow to check in and have to pay for parking but apart from that a lovely stay and would come again.

Great location, comfortable.

The room was clean and in a great location, very close the the centre. I was overlooking the car park and a piece of guttering must have broken as the rain hitting a low roof was very loud. The staff are really kind and helpful.

What can i say we love staying here when we come down to Lincoln, the staff are always friendly, nothing is to much trouble, and our dog Archie loves it as he gets spoilt by the staff with alm the biscuits and breakfast in the morning

The room it self was ok, could of been a bit cleaner as there was dust on the light fittings ( but no Biggie). It was quite hot in the room later on and after figuring out the Aircon it did cool down but then it would start and drip out water which kept me awake. We did wonder why there was a towel on the floor and now we know why. The bed was a king size but the pillows were small which seemed strange but maybe that's just us not being us to a large bed. All things considered it was a nice stay

Friendly but a bit dated

Hotel staff friendly and communal areas well looked after. Our room was in need of an update - some peeling paint in the bathroom and generally tired/dated looking. There was a portable air conditioning unit which, although a bit noisy, we were glad of, and we did get a good night's sleep. Parking is limited - we were lucky!

The room smelt badly because of the fact that the ac was leaking water, when I informed the receptionist she refused to help. Then the cleaner only came when we checked out so we stayed two days without cleaning and no rubbish was taken out.
