Reception by the front desk staff when I checked in was very underwhelming. No smile or any indication they were happy to have me. The elevator was inoperative so I had to climb four flights of stairs to get to my room. The last time I stayed at this property, my room faced the on-ramp to a major highway, and it was extremely noisy all night. I asked the front desk staff not to put me in a room that faced the highway but when I got to my room, it faced the highway so I had to go back down and request that I be assigned a different room. The room was nice, but I can’t say the overall experience was that great.

I had to switch two rooms because it smelled like cigarettes plus The power was out for 2 hours. Definitely will not go again to this location was just dirty found cockroaches and will never go to this property even though the staff was great

Room was clean and we enjoyed breakfast

Room was clean, but was only changed once during our stay and then they turned on the air conditioning to cold it was freezing on our return. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful
