We were notified Saturday morning there would be a power shutoff. When I reserved this hotel, this was not included information. We did not have access to an elevator, we had to carry our luggage’s and bags down 7 flights of stairs. We went to the Celtics game on Friday night and purchased souvenirs for our family, we had 3 bags of gifts. 4 pieces of luggage, 3 backpacks and 2 pocketbooks. When I received confirmation of my booking directly from the hotel, this was never mentioned. Our phones were not charged, non of our electronics were able to fully charge. My husband was absolutely disgusted by this experience. We had to make several trips from the 7th floor down to our vehicle. If I would have been notified in advance of the Power shutoff, I would have never reserved a room at this hotel. This was present for my daughter, that ended with 2 very frustrated parents. Ruined our entire mini getaway.

The staff was very nice. My room did not have a frig or microwave! I thought that was standard? The heating system was so loud that I couldn't sleep! It didn't shut off when I put the fan on off! I did like the addition of hand soap and lotion in large pump bottles.

This has always been a subpar hotel the only reason to use it is it close to mass general hospital for my medical visits. This time they had 2 of 4 elevators inactive. They had a function on the upper floor so the lobby was so backed up i had to wait 25 min to get up to my room. Also their staff and management do not care about customers

Room was clean & location to Mass General Hospital is extremely convenient. HVAC is loud but I used white noise app to sleep. Definitely recommend staying here if you need to visit the hospital.

The staff is very stiff. The rooms have a dusty feel. AC filters need to be changed. Throat and nose were clogged. Too expensive for parking. 70$ is not a normal amount for parking.
