We were there for a medical procedure at MA General, so the location was EXCELLENT. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was so great. It's got to be tough to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but everyone was very nice and very efficient.

The light above the shower was flashing like it was an episode of Stranger things. Also, minutes into my shower, the hot water turned freezing cold and stayed that way for five minutes before finally turning hot again. Room 1019.
