The property was beautifully manicured. Guest services provided excellent customer service. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like I was laying on rocks.

Worth the little extra to stay here!

Bottleworks was great, and willing to work with my delayed flight. There was a friendly and helpful employee available at all hours, and the property was fantastic - great food and shops located on the same block as the hotel. It was a little more pricy than I usually select when I'm staying somewhere, but the convenience, and what I got for the price was more than worth it.
