The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms themselves were good and had everything we needed. The signage for the hotel reception want the clearest so we went to the hotel area instead of reception first. I also had some trouble with the smell of my bathroom but they sorted this the following day.

For the price we paid, we had a great stay and well surprised at how nice it was. Only issue - limited number of plug sockets!

Nice hotel on edge of golf course. But be aware there is not a lot around. Shops are a 10 minutes drive away. If you dont drive there is however a train station with a service to Boston centre 5 minutes walk away.

Good value room. However heater didnt work, shower curtain smelly and ? cups not rinsed enough to remove cleaner. First four drinks made curdled . Resolved when cups rinsed thoroughly. Have stayed on 2 previous occasions and above not was not prior experience so maybe a one off. Reception staff excellent.

TV didn't work, adjoining room was noisy

Firstly the receptionist was really sympathetic & helpful & I have give the hotel 3 separate opportunities to reply with no response. On arrival the TV didnt work, there was an indoor aerial nestled on top of promotional display, I didnt touch this however the tv had no reception, I phoned reception & was told if it was a room with a separate aerial to move it around until I got a signal, a brief picture flickered on but there was no proper signal, obviously this is a regular issue. No spare rooms and nobody capable of fixing the tv meant 7 hours with no tv after a hard day on the road, made worse by the fact the adjoining door to the room next door did not filter any sound and I had the pleasure of the football commentary blaring through the wall. Not a good experience,

The room was not private as the is no blind or net on the window, so if you have the curtains opened everone will see in the room as it is on the ground floor when people driver into the car park and park there car they will se you also there is no plug sockets near the bed to change you phone .you can here the room upstairs toilet flush fill up as the inlet valve is old and needs changing as it is making a load noise as it filling up the toilet. Fire alarm went of at 8am some 1 smoking in the room .tv aerial is not good as the channels was breaking up

Needs improvement

Very clean and tidy room but unbelievably uncomfortable bed and pillows, please ask the manager to try sleeping on concrete mattress and pillows hard and lumpy, improve on this and you’ve a good place Sorry but I had to be honest and constructive
