I really like this property. I come to MA on an annual basis. Last year I also stayed with them. The property is very clean, they have a good breakfast and they're always willing to get you want you need. Its not noisy at all so you can get your work done. I have never had any issues. The property is a little out of the way when it comes to tourist places but I don't mind driving a few extra miles. Safety and comfort come first. All staff is very welcoming and friendly. They have a small gym, a pool and a breakfast area. I also like that I can text them while I am staying there if I need anything and they're quick to reply. Very calm area. No issues.

Jose at the front desk is Awesome!

Jose at the feont desk was AMAZING! We beat the heat and were expscting tobuse the pool and it was down, so he was able to make alternate arrangements woth a sister hotel. There were other guests there who also came to the front desk while I was there to Tahnk Jose for hos help with another situation. Best Western, Jose deserves some recognition for being Awesome to your guests!

NO POOL. PARTY IN THE PARKING LOT.

I was very disappointed. I booked hotel for the pool and it was shutdown. I should of been notified when booking that the pool is not in use. We travel to relax in pools. I would not.of booked my stay if the amenity they advertised was out of service.Also woke up next morning to cops in the hallway and people having a beer party in the parking lot with cases of beer stacked up when we did late night check on. Very sketchy place. Going back to my hampton inn stays never had a problem with these hotels
