Located in the countryside, our cottage is located on the first floor of a former wine storehouse; you will access it by an external staircase. A garden area with wooden garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal at the bottom of the stairs. The cottage consists of a main room with kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, small household appliances, washing machine) dining area and lounge area with sofa and television, three bedrooms: one bedroom equipped with a 90x200 bed with wardrobe and an office area for teleworking, one bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and wardrobe and one bedroom with 1 90x200 bed, wardrobe and rest area (sofa, coffee table). A bathroom with toilet included completes the set. Parking near the cottage. Ground floor of the building not occupied.
