Staff most friendly and helpful as we have two large dogs so we always stay on the ground floor. We have stayed before so we know what to expect. Also great dog walking facilities

Tiny rooms. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent but there is no electrical plug in the bathroom. Coffee in the dining room is not hot.

Would have liked to stay longer, beautiful value!

This was a beautiful stay, nestled in a vineyard 10 minutes outside Bordeaux. The room was lovely and clean with a great view of the pool and vineyards. We opted for the garden view room for a slight upcharge. I did mention to the staff in the morning that the pillows felt pretty flat to us, but I tend to use an extra pillow when hotels have them in the room. The staff was excellent as well, arranging dinner reservations via email at the on site restaurant. The best part for me was the gourmet dinner and great wine tasting. It was a pricey meal but worth it. We were only there a night for a road trip stopover, but this would be a great place to spend a week and explore the area more. Speaking English was not an issue at all, they were very helpful at the hotel and restaurant and many of the staff spoke English or were good sports about me using Google Translate haha!

The Hotel has an excellent restaurant which served delicious food. The area is stunning and the pool was very good.

The property was in a lovely setting. The staff that greeted us were lovely and accommodating throughout the stay - the pool is nice and the on-site restaurant bar serving good local food. The rooms themselves are basic but well maintained and cleaned though the outside of the building looks like it could do with a bit of a spruce and the fence, a lick of paint.
