Book Bommayapalayam hotels

It was good. But when we visit they were doing some reinovate the buildings. We stayed in Non AC room an it was little bit humid. Kindly go with AC my suggestion.

There was no kitchen/restaurant at the hotel. They wouldn't provide towels or fresh sheets or even water. They didn't even have any soap/shampoo/creams (basics) in the bathrooms. They had some snacks. The pool was okay. Too basic.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. A very special thank you to Subari our room maid. Her dedication and committment to service were impeccable. All in all a good stay and great service. Thank you

The room I booked through Hotels.com was unavailable, and Vasavi Residenzy informed us that they had no association with the booking. They asked us to pay ₹4,000 for one night if we still needed the room.

The hotel has a tiny reception. When we arrived he told us there will be a wait time of 4 hours before getting a room. After I told him I’m ready to pay to get the room now, he made a room available within 20 min. The room while it was “cleaned” was not really clean as the hotel has issues of smell and humidity due tu the swimming pool inside the suite. The hotel reception behavior was pathetic! We had need up checking out even if we paid for 2 days (no money returned or even offered). I would not recommend staying there.
