The staff was nice, but one of our rooms had not been cleaned, there was debris throughout the halls and there was noisy construction going on during the night. It was hard to rest.

It would have been nice to know this property was going under a major remodel. Construction throughout the lobby and floors. My room was old, with everything falling apart. I had no TV remote, no working room telephone, & drawers that were falling apart. The only thing that was decent was the continental breakfast, which I only had 1/4 days. It was just ok, not amazing in any way.

First I walk inside and I see there is construction going on. My bad for not reading the reviews. Drywall is being done down the halls so you have to weave in and out of the drywallers to get to your room. I was told there would be parking for my truck and enclosed trailer when I called about my reservation. I arrived and asked if I park out back (as I was told last week). The front desk told me I could not park out back where the big rigs were (really upset), that I had to find empty spaces along the property to park. Luckly, I found one spot (five parking spaces) that I could fit in or I would have been screwed. No coffee maker inside the room! I'm 71 and this is a first for me. For this reason alone, if I knew, I would not book my stay here. And my bed is absolutely the worst. I took a picture, you can visually see the large lumps all over the bed. I opted to sleep in the next one and I feel like I'm sleeping in a taco because I'm all bent up. I've thrown away better mattress. I'm writing this at 2:30 a.m. because I can't sleep due to the bed being so horrible. My back and neck is jacked up and now I have a headache. Now for the positive. The room was clean, a little drywall mud on the curtains but the floors, sink, counter, toilet, and shower was clean. They also supply you with adequate towels. Breakfast is yet to be seen.

Got this place at the last minute late at night. So glad they had a room for us. I just want to say one thing….this hotel is “under construction”.!! If you consider staying here, they are trying to upgrade the whole place, but when we arrived , the flooring was pulled up on all 3 floors and wallpaper was being installed. I think they should have indicated so at the time of registering and maybe offering a considerable discount for the inconvenience. That being said, hopefully in the near future, their facility will be great. Our rooms had some remodeling down and the bathroom and shower were very nice. The flooring in our room was also updated and nice, bed was comfortable, pillows were very small for our king bed. Call and ask about the condition of things before you sign up.

We have stayed here before but this time was a very horrible experience! They were renovating everywhere. When you walk down the halls they had paper on the floors and I’m handicapped and was so afraid I’d fall. In my room the furniture was old and one chair looked like a dog chewed the handles. They painted the bathroom a purple color and the paint job was bad. They started at 7:45 am and the note on the office counter said they start at 8:00 am. The place was a complete mess. I would not recommend anyone to stay here as it was a disaster. It would have been nice when I booked it that their site told people it was being renovated! I will never stay there again! I hope my car is still there when I fly back.
