First of all, keep in mind that they under construction when we stayed. We rented (2) rooms for (2) nights. My FiL and SiL’s room didn’t have a constriction smell. Ours needed to have the window cracked open a bit during the day just to get the air exchanged, it got to be too much after a while. The phone in the room didn’t work. The towels felt like 220 grit sandpaper. All you need to do is use fabric softener, just little things to let your guests know you’re thinking of them. It would look good if the front desk employees wore inif

The staff was excellent. As stated on the site, the inn is undergoing renovation. The room we stayed in was mostly completed but still needed some touch ups. The room was mostly clean, but there were some drywall splotches around the room and on the bedframe. The staff did another cleaning at our request and aired out the room, which helped with the construction odor.

The room smelled like ammonia. The sheets were dirty with yellow bloches, I wouldn't have slept in them if had seen them that night. The walls were gross and trim been torn off. At breakfast the lady put the waffle mix away almost hour early.

It’s next to a truck stop, and when there’s semis siting there idling all night you can hear them loud when you lay your head on the pillow to go to sleep. It vibrates and hums in the bed and feels like you’re sleeping on a machine. I didn’t get good rest because of this. Next time I’d ask for a room further away from the truck stop because the rest of the stay was great. Clean rooms, friendly staff and decent breakfast.

Comfortable, clean place in a safe location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Even though they are currently going through renovations it was clean and quiet. The receptionist who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reasonable breakfast, hot eggs, waffles,cereal, bagels etc. Great price too! We were traveling with our daughters service dog and they gave us no problem at all. We saw other dogs there too but Im not sure if they were at additional cost. We will definitely stay here again if we need a place to crash in Boise.

The unit was clean, comfortable, beds also. Should install a closet rod in the entrance for hanging clothes, especially for suits and formal wear. Having things neat for meetings, funerals, etc. Lighting is poor, especially for grooming & specifically for women. Could have another outlet by the counter. The corridors were quite trashy. Needed vacuuming, cleaning, very unkept! Exterior appeared to be recently undated. Looked very nice. Thank you.

Property is normally nice I’m sure however under some pretty significant construction. Which did impact our room. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond. We will be back when passing through next. Hopefully the construction will be all done
