Shower was in the bathtub. Stepped into the bathtub on a slippery surface with nothing to grab onto. Fell in sustained extensive lacerations requiring sutures. No apologies in the manager said they would put a nonslip surface in the bathtub and did not. Completely uninterested manager.

Hotel was a little disappointing, not very clean, pool was closed for “maintenance” the whole time we were there. Our floors needed vacuuming. You could tell the room was dated and needed some repairs. There was a horrible alarm sound coming from either the AC unit or the refrigerator.

Everything was very nice here. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and clean. Fresh lemon water and coffee is always available. Breakfast was the nicest I've seen at a hotel. Comfy bed and pillows. The location is great and close to everything downtown. You can walk from there to many things.
