Hotel conditions are ok, but I disliked that they look to charge for everything possible and at very high rates. Whilst in other hotels you can borrow adaptors, here they charge. And hotel taxi is more expensive, worse part is that they don’t tell you till you are on the way. Having stayed at other hotel chains in other LATAM countries, I was not impressed. But rooms were clean and food was good

My third time here. Overall, amazing. Staff is great and help. Breakfast is vast and very good. I have had dinner on past trips and dinner was great also. The airport shuttle was efficient as well. The only thing about the hotel is for longer stays. There is not much around the hotel other than a shopping center about a 15 minutes walk. Otherwise, you need a car or you walk if you want something different than what the hotel offers. It can be noisy with the planes flying overhead so keep that in mind but it is an airport hotel. Bring earplugs or a small white noise machine, which is what I do and it's sufficient.
