I enjoyed the beach bathing facilities. The sunbathing,beach umbrellas were quite helpful on the sunbathing boardwalk. It was great to jump right into the water. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was sufficient. We enjoyed ourselves.

The location was nice. The beach and dock for sunbathing and swimming were excellent. The hotel room was ok. It was a bit outdated and looked worn. The shower didn't drain well. I would rate this as a 3 star hotel.

Very bad customer service, i booked a deluxe suite with sea view, and got booking confirmation, on check in, got a dirty appartment., comained to the manager, she was so aroganr saying take it or leave it.... It was midnight and no choice, and very bad situation. The resort was fairely empty and they claimed no availability, so seems they are just doing a trap for guests to transfer them to lower standards after paying the high price.... Very bad experience and not recommended

Thank goodness we stayed here

And not at any of the other so called 5 star hotels in Tugetreiss. Always deduct a star when looking at hotels in Turkey. This hotel was nice and quiet and with good facilities and food. The 5 stars near it were appalling (we had friend staying in two). Loud music, sub standard food, poor facilities, broken sun beds, seriously crowded and interesting clientele!

A perfect vista :)

This is the nicest friendly hotel I have stayed in this area. The staff are excellent & the suites are very large comfortable & clean. The airconditioning is a huge bonus & kept our room at the best temperture to retreat to for snoozing :)

Lovely stay at Sundance

Stunning views from the room, enjoyed watching sunset from the balcony. Apartment is beautifully furnished, although the kitchenette lacked any pots / cutlery if you did want to self cater. Check-in wasn't smooth (we were told on arrival they were fully booked, and were unaware of the reservation) but this was resolved luckily. Suits anyone happy to self-cater, but not for those wanting room service / entertainment etc.

Great hotel but wasn't really open

Second trip to sundance first was great but second a disappointment. It wasn't open for all inclusive although that's what we booked and didn't get,no buffet, no menu no starters nothing.Opening in a week. Only booked one night so lucky same meal lunch and evening, No choicest morning just a plate of Turkish breakfast after 30 minutes nothing cooked on plate just a egg. After all said could have been great but wasn't. Must mention bar staff really pleasant.

Totaal verouderd sinds de opening 6 jaar geleden. Was toen 5 sterren meer dan waard. Nu 4 sterren maar eerder 3 waard. Kamers verouderd en heel wat mankementen. Geen wi fi op de kamer, de oplossing: dan maar een andere kamer. Een stroompanne in de kamer werd opgelost maar de oorzaak werd niet verholpen (1 stopcontact zorgde voor kortsluiting maar daar werd niet naar gekeken). De schoonmaak gebeurde ver van grondig. Terras nooit gekuist. De receptionist verstond maar weinig Engels en ondernam niet veel. Gelukkig kregen we steeds hulp van het andere personeel. Het uitzicht blijft prachtig maar voor de rest...dit was de laatste keer in dit hotel.

Otel genel olarak bakımsız ve vasat. Odalar gerektiği kadar temizlenmiyor. Kahvaltı yetersiz ve kalitesiz. Konumundan dolayı çok rüzgar alıyor ve denizi fazlasıyla dalgalı.

Leuk hotel, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Eten supergoed, kamer zeer netjes. Maar hotel is zeer rustig/stil. Animatie beneden peil, zeer.slecht. Personeel was/is wisselvallig. De ene keer zeer aardig de andere keer weer niet. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar!
