Disliked: Staff & service
First impressions were waiting an hour past check in time for our rooms. Horrible service at the pool. We had to order the same drink 4 times with 3 different people to get it. Took over an hour for drinks and food. We stayed last year and had a great time. The service was terrible this time.
Great room, gym and pool area. Staff and service slow and not up to usual 5 star level.
Hotel closes for winter. Avoid visiting end of Sept as all usual drinks and breakfast items not available and staff start clearing the hotel of sun loungers etc whilst you're there.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The hotel’s architecture is very interesting, however the finishing is pretty bad for a hotel that is this new. Two main issues we had were the bathroom has no door, and the shower floods out very easily.
Also, the room was not exactly clean when we checked in. I removed hair from the couch, and a bobby pin from the bathroom floor.
The breakfast was very diverse and the staff very helpful
The hotel was updated. Good breakfast.
Taxi did not know where this hotel is. Taxi would not come to the hotel for pick up. Hotel wanted 5 times regular taxi price for taxi.
No one spoke English other than the manager.
Loud music speakers from the next door establishment.
Not a hotel we would go back to.
I believe this hotel is probably great during season but at the end of September, beginning of October it was far below my expectations.
The rooms are spacious, well designed and very comfortable. The pool access was amazing although the pool itself freezing cold. Bedding extremely comfortable and a good sized spotlessly clean bathroom was a definite plus.
The worst thing was that the staff didn’t speak English. It was difficult for them to understand even the kind of omelette I asked for breakfast! Also they don’t offer any drinks with breakfast apart from coffee. If you want a drink, you have to ask for it! And it better be in Turkish.
The fitness club although advertised as fully equipped gym had none of the machines working. I called to enquire and first I was told it was closed, then they sent someone from reception. I was eventually able to use a treadmill.
The spa only features sauna and hamam. I opted for a foam massage and I don’t understand why a traditional Turkish massage was performed by an Asian therapist but it was nothing like a foam massage. So very disappointing.
Hotels.cim advertises a beach shuttle for this hotel and when I enquired about this the manager (at least I think she was the manager) became angry insisting that there was a beach at the hotel. So, definitely no beach shuttle.
The staff are friendly and trying to provide good service. I’m most grateful to the receptionist for his assistance and service.
It is a nice small hotel with very spacious rooms. The design of the hotel and its rooms are very stylish, high ceilings adds a calm sense of space and the hotel has a well picked art collection of contemporary Turkish artists. However, only the rooms at the main building numbered 100’s have a view. We have booked a room with a deck and all I can see was the tent of the beach club front. The hotel is cramped between a residential community and Magi Beach club. It is at an building dense area. On the other hand the rooms, the service and the personnel is very good and has a nice crowd. Overall if you pick the right room you may enjoy Yalikavak, which is a lively neighbourhood in Bodrum. The hotel is a 15-20 minutes walk from the famous Yalikavak Marina
