Clean rooms, staff was super friendly and very accommodating.

When checking in I was already made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable just because we were staying for a hockey tournament. The lady at the front desk made it out like my child would be loud and crazy just because of the fact that he was a hockey player. Not the feeling you want right away.

It was a nice clean home. Good communication from host.

Room was a replacement room - in Naubinway. Originally booked for motel in Gulliver. Room in replacement motel was set @ 60°. Temp said 55. I let inn keeper know. Raised temp to 75 for my stay. Met lady on my 3rd day. Seemed pleasant, let me know she would assist while she was there in any way.

The only problems we had was The address was buried in the snow and hard to determine what driveway the driveway wasn’t plowed wide enough for our 3/4 ton truck and 24 ft. Trailer to get turned around so lugging our gear down that hill after an hour in the the driveway and 8 hours on the road. Was a pain sorry but probably won’t be back. Thanks

I've been renting houses for vacations across the country for decades, and this is among the very best. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the property itself was just gorgeous. Everything about it is new, modern, and best-quality: appliances, countertops, windows, linens, beds, etc. Host was very kind and generous, and the answering service hospitality was next level (not that I needed it). Decorations were fantastic. Owner has very good taste, IMO. It felt like home. Basically, the entire experience was exceptional.
