From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional. We were made to feel special at all times, with staff consistently attentive to every detail and always willing to help, including assisting us with transportation, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Without a doubt, if we return to Verona, we will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo again. We would especially like to thank Mara Ose for her outstanding service from the very beginning, and James for crafting such delicious drinks that made our evenings even more memorable.
A truly excellent experience that we highly recommend.
