Great hotel, fantastic staff. BUT, it was so incredible difficult to find elevator access for the garage, and the easiest way is to go outside first. Small thing, but could be impactful for some.

I've been to this property once or twice a year for the past four years. The elevator from parking garage to lobby has been broken for the last several years. Beds are extremely soft as well as pillow. If u prefer firm mattress, this isn't the hotel. If u bring a car, it is extremely tough to maneuver in the garage, and it is not easy to maneuver in the streets around the hotel. Although it provides a good face on the initial look, it's average at best. I had a much better stay at a springhill hotel on the trip home.

The room I stayed in was beautiful and the housekeeping excellent. The staff at the front desk was friendly, competent, and helpful. However, I do not appreciate having to get dressed to go get a cup of coffee rather than making it in the room. It's been many years since I stayed in a hotel without that amenity. That's the primary reason it didn't get an excellent rating, petty as that might seem. There were a couple minor design flaws, like having the single towel bar about five feet from the sink. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would generally recommend it.

Hotel more business friendly, than family friendly. Plenty of self-parking, but it is expensive. They didn't service our room even though we did not have the sign up. Tried to early check-in (was willing to pay a fee) but there were no rooms available. Maybe the later than usual checkout time is why, but I can’t imagine many people wanting to just hang around their room until noon since there isn’t much to do in the hotel besides the gym.

Decent but not great.

My room was quite small. It felt like a typical small European hotel with small rooms. I heard everything happening in an adjacent room. The shower pressure was not great. There was no coffeemaker. The hotel felt like it was built a long time ago and is now tired. The lighting was not great. The HVAC kept going on and off loudly every 40 minutes or so all night. Overall, I expected better given the brand name.

Property could use a facelift. There is no place in the hotel to get a cup of coffee. There is a *bux next door but not everyone wants that as the only option. Front desk staff would benefit from better people skills, simple requests were answered with either a shrug of the shoulders or confusing directions. The parking garage has a weird layout with convoluted instructions as to where guests should park.
