My famiky andi was there forn5 nighrs and housekeeping didn't clean our room. We found blonde hairs on our bedding sheets, limited towels, and stains on the linen....beware, don't stay here.

Room services, including towel and amenities (tissues, shampoo, bath products) replacement, were supposed to be every other day. Did not receive any services first day they were due. When we reported this to front desk, new towels were placed on bed at the end of the day but no other amenities included. On the last morning, the toilet would not flush. Have stayed here before but will not stay again.

The room was fine, loved the krups coffee machine and bought better coffee pods, cleaning staff awesome, friendly, helpful and went beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The night deak gal also so nice helpful and friendly and helped me with my receipt. Thinking her name was Keeme?Been coming to area 25 yrs for my health but first time staying with y'all .
