Berriedale accommodation with pool

The hotel was ok but the room they put us in was the size of a match box and we mentioned that to them which thier response was all the rooms were like that which they were not cause we so rooms bigger and also the bed was very uncomfortable seem like the mattress needed replacing other than that pretty average

The whole experience was smooth and staff were genuine and professionally helpful. Helen on the front desk was a legend. 😊

As always the Ibis hotels are mostly understated, clean efficient and good value.

The hotel has a main building and also operates a separate motel, so you should be careful to distinguish between them when choosing a room. The bed was too soft, and it caused back pain.

We love this hotel! It’s convenient to places we need to visit and cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Having a carport within the premises is a bonus.

The best characteristic is it's location, which is superb. The underground carpark can be very full at times,and no reservations are accepted, which means you may not have a carpark which can be a major issue.
