Very nice hotel with an HVAC that made the hotel and rooms comfortable during the heat wave in June in which temperatures reached in the high 90s. The breakfast buffet was nice, but it might be time for the hotel to offer an omelette station for their guests.

A Superb Choice for Visiting Bergamo

This hotel is well located about 10 minutes from the train station and near to the funicular for the citta alta. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which was an absolute requirement given the heat outside. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much choice. We had a meal in their roof garden restaurant. Expect to pay more than outside the hotel but the food was amazing and the staff very kind and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Bergamo.

This is a lovely hotel. Well located to see the old and new towns. Parking is great, particularly if you have a high value car. The hotel is friendly and breakfast is great with a good section. The rooms are spacious and clean but a little tired. Don’t let that put you off as overall the hotel is great and worth a visit

Delightful hotel reasonably priced and in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with small balcony, large bed and a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was tasty with large selection.

Another great stay ....was able to check in early, room was a good size, very clean and had a great view of the old town. Very good breakfast. Staff arranged taxi which arrived on time. Will definitely use again.

Great staff & service.

Friendly and very helpful staff..... allowed us to check in early then helped us sort out alternative travel arrangements in response to national rail strike. Great location. Great breakfast. Clean.
