Never coming back

Both days we stayed there, The house keeping was yelling back and forth down the hall, starting at 7:30 am. They were opening and letting the doors slam. We thought it was veey disrespectful. The pool and hot tub were closed, that waa one of the main reason we booked there. Bed was really stiff and very uncomfortable. We will not be back.

Under construction but still great!

I was not thrilled to get the email that the hotel was under construction, but decided to keep my booking. When I arrived the lobby was way more under construction than I’d anticipated and the elevator was kind of scary with cloth hanging from the walls and cardboard lining the floor…. BUT as soon as we got to the room it was as if none of that even existed. The room has been beautifully redone with simple, modern fixtures, clean white linen and comfortable furniture. The pool/hot tub area was not under construction and we were able to use it. I especially liked that between 10pm and midnight there are no kids permitted so there’s an opportunity to get some quiet relaxation in.

We really like how close the hotel is to restaurants, the mall, etc. The staff were all helpful and super friendly. The pool was a favorite with our kids! The only downside for us was that the hotel is under major construction. They are doing their best to accommodate guests during this time but just something to be aware of. We would stay here again.

The desk was very helpful in getting me an early check in. Much appreciated. The extent of the remodel was played down significantly tho. Truthfully, if I'd known the remodel was so involved I would have opted out of staying there. Otherwise, this hotel is usually spot on in every way.

We werent aware the building was undergoing a facelift. The entire first floor was a construction zone. Staff was friendly but it made the breakfast difficult as seating was limited. Would probably return however
