We arrived super early but the front desk staff was so friendly and nice. We got our room right away and they even upgraded me because that’s the room that was ready. The entire staff at the hotel is superb. Definitely made our stay that much better.

Hotel is in need of renovation. Very old property. Required a 2 night stay at unreasonable prices because it was a Yale football weekend. Charged $57.50 for parking even though I did not have a car. Ultimately was able to get that reversed after sending emails.

We had a terrible stay and the staff were not helping to solve the issue. Basically, the room next to us had loud music, talking, screaming, and door slamming from 8 pm to ~ 6:30 am the next day. we had called and filed the noise complaint to hotel front desk, no actions or improvement at all. i had to got up and went down to the lobby around 4:55am to ask help with noise, no helpful action at all. i had to go down to the lobby ~ 5:10 am again to ask help. the noise continued throughout the entire nigh, and we barely sleep for more than 2 hours. I am very dissatisfied and asking refund of our stay!!!! i tried to find a phone number to call expedia and failed to reach a real person to talk, so please call me to help us solve this issue.
