Nice room, quiet and very comfortable room overlooking the car park. Oak Room was very good for supper - staff helpful and excellent food. Gym refurbished - all black and brooding. The only improvement staff wise is the spa staff should be more visible on arrival and not on the iPhone in the back room.

We had a lovely stay. It’s a beautiful hotel and when we stayed in late November it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. All the staff we spoke with during our stay were friendly and really helpful accommodating our needs with our baby. The breakfast was very nice and reasonably priced at £12.50 when paid for the night before. Parking was easy and free I’d definitely come back here.
