The hotel is situated in a lovely area and looks really nice both inside and out. The staff were exceptional and were extremely helpful and communicative. 10/10 stay. Will most definitely come back.

Great hotel will be back

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location, fabulous breakfast. Only criticism is the pillows are really hard otherwise it would have been 5 stars across the board, personally just prefer a softer pillow bed was comfy though.

Excellent service and hospitality!

We stayed here for one night, but would have comfortably stayed for longer! We were checked in by Dani who was super friendly and helpful and made an excellent first impression of the venue. Parking is very close and secure and having breakfast included was a real bonus! Its an old building and this shows in the condition of the rooms, but the room and bathroom were really big and it had all the amenities you’d need! The hospitality and friendliest of all the staff we came into contact with was excellent! If only more places had such a nice and welcoming staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. The parking area is extremely tight, so worth arriving early to get a spot although we couldnt check in until 3pm. A code is needed to open the garage door.

Ive stayed here a couple of times now. Clean and friendly service. From the guy who books you in to the lovely lady who serves breakfast (she is a real gem). Even a young lad who came in to work this morning was singing. Lovely atmosphere, lovely stay. Thank you. I will be back.

Lovely bar and restaurant area, and really nice, helpful, welcoming staff. We had dinner and breakfast on site. The veggie curry was made gluten free for my partner by removing the chapatti, with nothing offered as a substitute, which made the dish overpriced. No porridge was available at breakfast either, even though I asked in advance, but gf muesli was, and it was very good. It is a very old, historic building that is quite worn out. I imagine the running costs impact greatly on maintenance, but the bathroom in particular was extremely tired. That said, there was plenty of hot water, nice toiletries and very good water pressure.
