Great hotel in good location. Beside the canal and near the walls and city centre. Staff are immensely helpful and warm welcome. Room was excellent. Clean and spacious. Really comfortable bed.

Chester in June!

Great location and reasonably comfortable room. Wifi was weak. I don't expect aircon in UK hotel rooms but with the summer heat we're experiencing these days a fan is great!
