My wife, 2.5 year old son & I spent a week at the Aquarius Vacation Club in Boqueron. This was our first time in the Cabo Rojo area. It exceeded our expections in every way. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful and accomodating. We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa on the 5th floor. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. There are ocean and mountain views from the deck. We spent coffee time watching the sunrise, ate lots of meals out there, and my wife and I enjoyed cocktails at sunset after our toddler went to bed. The beach is huge with warm, calm, shallow water. Great for kids. There are 3 different options in the pool area: baby pool, water playground pool & a large adult swimming pool. The food & drinks at the poolside cafe & bar are excellent. The room includes a washer & dryer. There is no dishwasher or oven but there is a stovetop range with 4 cooking areas. If you are looking for an affordable family-friendly vacation in Cabo Rojo, I highly recommend this resort. We hope to be back often.
